Manifesto Guide

Understand TVK’s promises without the noise.

This section groups promises by policy theme. For implementation status, review notes, and source strength, use the Promise Status Tracker.

What belongs here?

The manifesto guide explains what each promise means: who it affects, what policy area it sits in, and which source records it. It is not the implementation scoreboard.

Need status detail?

Use the Promise Status Tracker for implementation status, source strength, last-reviewed dates, and linked evidence.

How this page differs from the Promise Tracker

The Manifesto Guide is the map. It groups promises by the part of public life they affect: household welfare, women safety, youth jobs, education, governance, agriculture, fisheries, MSME, and social welfare. It helps readers understand what the promise is about before judging delivery.

The Promise Tracker is the audit. It asks what happened after the promise entered government: whether there is an announcement, official order, budget line, department owner, eligibility rule, implementation portal, beneficiary data, or no public update yet.

Keeping these sections separate reduces repetition and makes the site easier to read. Readers can start with the policy theme here, then open a promise detail page only when they want evidence, status, source strength, and the latest review note.
