Where does each promise stand?

This tracker separates three things that are often mixed together in political coverage: the original manifesto promise, the first public announcement after taking office, and measurable implementation. A promise can be important even when it has no public update yet, so those items remain visible instead of disappearing from the record.

The progress bar is not a popularity score. It is a reading aid that reflects the strength of the public record available to this site. A promise moves forward when there are stronger records such as government orders, department circulars, budget allocations, rollout portals, beneficiary lists, court filings, or reliable follow-up reporting.

The tracker is intentionally conservative. A speech, campaign statement, or press report can move a promise to Announced or In Progress, but Completed requires evidence that the policy is actually operating for the intended public group.
