Source standard
TVK Tracker is a source-linked civic information project. The site separates a public statement from a verified administrative action. A speech, manifesto, or press note can show what was promised or announced. A government order, budget entry, court record, or department data release is usually needed before the tracker treats an item as implementation.
This is especially important for political promises. A launch event can be real progress, but delivery needs stronger public evidence: rules, funding, eligibility, staffing, portals, district coverage, or outcome data. The tracker therefore uses labels such as Announced, In Progress, Needs Verification, Delayed, and No Public Update Yet.
