TVK wins Madurantakam and Dharapuram by-elections

Akashvani reports that TVK candidates K. Maragatham Kumaravel and P. Sathyabama won Madurantakam and Dharapuram respectively on October 9. These are results, replacing the earlier campaign-stage uncertainty. The source contains inconsistent wording about one winning margin, so this entry does not reproduce the vote totals. The results belong in the electoral record: winning a seat is not evidence that a welfare promise has been delivered. Earlier campaign reports retain their original dates.
