Vijay and Rahul Gandhi meet after the bypoll results

The Times of India reports that Vijay hosted Rahul Gandhi and Congress leaders in Chennai on October 10. The report was published on October 11. The meeting followed the two Tamil Nadu by-election results and adds a new public contact to the alliance record. It does not establish a new seat-sharing agreement, ministerial appointment or policy decision. Those would require a separate announcement or document.
