INDIA bloc meeting adds a new stage to TVK's alliance record

The Indian Express reports that TVK representatives attended the October 3 INDIA bloc meeting in Chennai, where the Congress state leadership announced TVK's inclusion. The report appeared on October 4. National opposition coordination and Tamil Nadu electoral arrangements are not identical: a shared meeting does not settle future constituency allocations or every policy disagreement. The entry updates earlier reports of uncertainty about the relationship without treating those dated reports as current positions.
